Ministries
At First UMC we endorse this truth: "God does not call
the equipped, but God equips the called." God has called you for a
specific purpose to work in making His kingdom a reality. Our objective
is to help match church members with ministries that fit their gifts.
Our
After School Program just keeps getting better. This program is
a self-supporting ministry for school age children. Pick up
service, homework time, recreation and snacks are all provided
at a minimal cost to parents.
What we have to offer:
· A safe and enriching atmosphere for any child, kindergarten
through 6th grade, who would otherwise be without supervision
after school.
· Transportation
· Planned Activities
· Weekly Chapel Time
· Assisted Homework Time
· Wholesome Snacks
Our program follows the SSISD schedule and operates from
2:30-5:30 p.m.

Pat during After School hours.
Registration and information packets are also available
